Sabio wanted to understand what the public think about ID, customer-not-present (CNP) payments and data security, and whether customers are changing how they interact with businesses and government


  • A comprehensive review of security of card payments and fraud in contact centres in the public domain including the Payments Council, European Merchants Risk Council, Financial Services Club and others
  • A nationally representative survey of consumers in Great Britain
  • Analysis of this research including statistical significance testing, clustering and segmentation development


Sabio is using the results to drive its marketing to contact centres. The research was used as follows:
